Not financial advice. TradBudi is a journal and analysis tool. Nothing in the app, including AI text, statistics, alerts or Loco's comments, is financial, investment, tax or legal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading carries a high risk of loss. Decisions and results are yours alone.

Using the app

• You must be 18 or older and allowed to trade where you live.
• Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not misuse the service: no attacks, scraping, reselling, or overloading it. Fair-use limits apply to AI features.

Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you (see the Privacy Policy). You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings.

Third-party services

The app relies on MetaTrader 5, Supabase, Google and OpenAI. We are not responsible for their outages, data or changes.

No guarantees

The app is provided "as is". Prices, trade data and AI output can be late, incomplete or wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or any indirect damage arising from use of the app.

Paid features

If we add a subscription, price, billing and cancellation will be shown before you pay and handled by Apple or the payment provider.

Changes and ending

We may change the app or these terms; continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
